          and comfortable, if you need any assistance please dial 9 and our

WI-FI/INTERNET CONNECTION

Our unlimited Wi-Fi connection is available 24/7. Please connect your
          devices to G-connect, and accept all prompts on our landing page. If you
          need assistance connecting to our Wi-Fi, please call reception by dialing
          9 on your room telephone.

ADAPTOR/INTERNATIONAL PLUG

We offer International/adaptor plugs from reception at a refundable deposit of R250.

PHONE CALL CHARGES

Your room telephone is able to make in house calls only.

HEATER/AIRCONDITIONING

All our rooms are equipped with heating as well as air conditioning. If you
         need assistance with turning it on, please dial 9 and our reception team
         will be able to assist.

DEPARTURE

The departure time is 11.00 am. If you would like to extend your stay or
          depart later, please call reception to check availability as well as extra
          charges.

ELECTRICITY/LOADSHEDDING

Our hotel is powered by a generator. Please allow for the generator to
          kick in 2-5 minutes after the power turns off. If you would like more
          information regarding loadshedding times please contact reception.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Please contact the reception before 9.00 am to collect laundry in order to
          receive same day service. The service is provided from Monday through
          Friday except on public holidays.

LOST AND FOUND

Found items are kept in our lost & found according to legal requirements.
          Shipping to you is at your own cost.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

Luggage storage available at the reception desk for safe keeping.

All guest rooms and public areas within our hotel are strictly non-smoking
          according to legal legislation. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes,
          vapes and hubbly bubblys and any other substance.

          We appreciate your compliance, however failing will result in a serious
          payable fine.

         Our room service is available from 6.30 am – 9.30 pm. Please contact the
