Our unlimited Wi-Fi connection is available 24/7. Please connect your
          devices to Accor, and accept all prompts on our landing page. If you need
          assistance connecting to our Wi-Fi connection please call reception.

ADAPTOR/INTERNATIONAL PLUG

We offer International/adaptor plugs from reception at a refundable deposit of R250.

PHONE CALL CHARGES

Your room telephone is able to make in-house and out-house calls. All
          out-house calls will be charged at R3.85/min for local calls to your room
          account. If you would like to open your phone line please call reception
          to do so.

HEATER/AIRCONDITIONING

All our rooms are equipped with Heating as well as Airconditioning. If you
          need assistance with turning either on, please call reception and we will
          be happy to help.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE

We offer airport shuttles 24/7 for your convenience. Please call reception
          to book your shuttle in advance. Shuttles to and from the airport are
          charged at R 550.00 one way.

DEPARTURE

The departure time is 11.00 am. If you would like to extend your stay or
          depart later, please call reception to check availability as well as extra
          charges.

ELECTRICITY/LOADSHEDDING

Our hotel is powered by generators, if we are in loadshedding the
          generator will start up in seconds after the power turns off. If you would
          like more information regarding loadshedding times please contact
          reception.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

A laundry box can be found in your room with a list of services with prices. If you

          would like your laundry delivered on the same day, please take your box with

          the completed list to reception before 9.00. Please dial 9 and contact reception

          before 9.00 am to collect laundry in order to receive same day  service.Laundry

          services are provided 7 days a week.

LOST & FOUND

Found items are kept in our lost & found according to legal requirements.
          Shipping to you is at your own cost.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

Luggage storage available at the reception desk for safe keeping.
